Wholesale Shipping Costs
For wholesale customers, shipping costs including express post options will be calculated at checkout. We ship with Australia Post e-parcel.
International Shipping
Due to the complexity of shipping seeds internationally, we generally do not offer international shipping for our seed products.
For products which don’t contain seeds (Pop Up Pots & Gift Tags), please contact us for shipping options.
Dispatch Times
We offer same or next day shipping*
If your order is placed by midday AEST Monday – Friday, we will do our best to dispatch the order that same day. Otherwise your order will likely be dispatched the next business day, with the exception of large wholesale orders.
Orders are dispatched from our studio in Maleny, Queensland 4552.
Expect to receive delivery within 1 – 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and your method chosen.
We ship to all states and territories in Australia.
Seed Guarantee
We offer a replacement guarantee on all of our seeds.
If you’ve had no luck getting the seed to germinate, we will send you fresh seeds to try again. See full details under ‘returns’ below. Check out our happiness guarantee.
Returns
Happy customers are extremely important to us which is why we’ve developed our Happiness Guarantee. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us.
If you have any concerns we will gladly respond with kindness and respect always, and will happily facilitate a refund, exchange or delivery of fresh seed to you.
Seeds – 365 day return window
Seeds take time to germinate and grow which is why our return window is a generous 365 days from delivery or purchase if bought through a retailer.
If you’ve sown the seed within 365 days and it isn’t germinating, we will happily send you fresh seed to try again. Simply contact us, let us know where & when the seeds were purchased along with any other information you can provide so we can assist with extra tips for your second try.
Return for Faulty Products – 30 day return window*
If your items, purchased from us at www.sownsowwholesale.com are damaged in transit or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return shipping as well as the cost to re-send the replacement items.
